Support is mainly provided through email(marc.immer@immair.ch), but please note that support is not granted within the eNav license. However, I will try to respond as quickly as possible.

Please report failures and bugs and if you have an idea for a new feature that should be included in eNav. Your opinion about eNav is highly regarded, and new inputs are always welcome.

Troubleshooting

  • eNav does not start after installation
    1. Install the correct version of the .Net Framework. You download it here or look on your eNav CD for dotnetfx.exe
    2. If eNav still won't start, download and run this test software, to check your .net installation is ok.
    3. Try to uninstall and reinstall eNav. Your flight plans and aircraft will not be deleted.
  • I get error messages during startup
    This might be a problem with your eNav configuration files. Uninstall eNav and run the installation again.
    If this does not solve the problem, delete the file UserConfig.cfg in your eNav document folder.
